By purchasing or using elstar ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. The Software is developed and sold by Patrick Ahrentløv ("the Developer"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
A license grants one individual developer the right to use elstar on any number of personal machines. Each developer on a team requires their own license. The license includes one year of updates from the date of purchase. After the update period ends, the installed version continues to work indefinitely.
elstar includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial provides full access to all features. After 14 days, a license purchase is required to continue using the Software.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, sales tax, and payment processing. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
If you are not satisfied with elstar, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact the Developer at the email below. No reason required.
elstar does not collect telemetry, analytics, or usage data. The Software runs entirely on your local machine. No data is sent to any server. Lemon Squeezy collects payment information necessary to process your purchase. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for details.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
