By purchasing or using elstar ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. The Software is developed and sold by Patrick Ahrentløv ("the Developer"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
elstar is licensed as an annual subscription. An active subscription grants one individual developer the right to use the Software on up to two machines. Each developer on a team requires their own subscription. An active subscription includes all software updates. If you cancel, or your subscription lapses, access to the Software continues until the end of your current billing period, after which an active subscription is required to keep using it.
elstar includes a 7-day free trial that starts on first use and requires no account or credit card. The trial provides full access to the Software's features. After 7 days, an active subscription is required to continue using the Software.
elstar is billed as an annual subscription, processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — they handle all billing, sales tax, and payment processing. Subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled. You can update your payment method or cancel at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
If you are not satisfied with elstar, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact the Developer at the email below. No reason required.
elstar collects no telemetry, analytics, or usage data. The free trial runs entirely on your machine. Once licensed, the Software contacts our licensing provider (Lemon Squeezy) to validate your subscription, sending only your license key and a machine identifier — on activation and periodically thereafter. No other data leaves your machine. See our Privacy Policy and Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for details.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
